Care & Support

We're here to help

Life can be hard and painful at times, and we want to help. Our heart is to walk alongside you and equip you as you face  seasons of loss, change, and unexpected challenges. You don't have to do it alone.

Whether you're navigating the pain of divorce or coping with the loss of a loved one, we offer Christ-centered groups that provide practical guidance, compassionate support, and a safe place to connect with others who understand what you're experiencing.

Our DivorceCare and GriefShare groups meet at various times throughout the year. Click the link below to see what groups are currently meeting. If no groups are listed, click the link to fill out the interest form and we'll be in touch to let you know when a new group will be starting up.

We want to walk alongside you on this journey.

We'd Love to Pray for You

At HFCOG, prayer is the foundation for everything we do.

Throughout Scripture, we see God's people turning to Him in every season: in times of joy and celebration, in moments of uncertainty, and in seasons of deep need. Prayer reminds us that we are not meant to carry life's burdens alone.

We believe God hears and responds to the prayers of His people, and we are committed to faithfully lifting up the needs of our church family, our community, and our world. Whether you are facing a challenge, celebrating an answer to prayer, seeking wisdom, or simply desiring someone to pray alongside you, we would be honored to pray for you.
